Please see Section 5 (Targeted Advertising) below for more information. Where permitted by applicable laws, we may also disclose personal data to AdTech Providers to help them send you information that we believe will be of interest to you.
- With Your Consent: We may disclose your personal data to certain other third parties or publicly with your consent or at your direction, including online marketplaces that you may wish to access to pay for virtual items. If you create an account or begin using our Services during this time, you may see ads from third-party advertisers within our Services.
If we are permitted to serve you targeted ads or serve our own targeted ads to you on third-party websites and applications, we may disclose your Analytics Data, Ad Interaction Data, Commercial Information, Device Data, and Inferred Interests to our AdTech Providers, so that they may target ads at you, measure the effectiveness of the ads, limit the number of times you see an ad, personalize the ads you see to make them more relevant to you, and for other purposes set forth in AdTech Providers’ respective privacy policies.
AdTech Providers that process your personal data for their own purposes may combine the personal data that we disclose to them with data they may have collected about the same individuals elsewhere, such as when those individuals use other websites and online services that rely on the same AdTech Providers. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by these AdTech Providers. We recommend that you review AdTech Providers’ privacy policies for more information.
You may opt out of personalized third-party advertising within our Services by going to Settings > Terms & Privacy. If you opt out, you may still see third-party advertisements, but those advertisements will not be personalized based on your personal data.

The length of time for which we retain personal data depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it and how long we need to retain it to comply with applicable laws (including for the purpose of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements), to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights, or to make the data available to judges and courts or the competent public authorities. Once personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to meet legal requirements, in connection with legal rights, or for courts or authorities, we delete it.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
